Our specials are current-range flooring at a lower price, not seconds and not damaged stock. Lines end, colours get discontinued, and orders occasionally leave us with more of something than we need. When that happens we drop the price rather than sit on it.

There’s a fixed amount of each line and no reordering it once it’s gone, so the right move is to check availability against your actual floor area before you fall in love with a colour. Why these floors are discounted
Every special on this page comes from one of four situations:
- Run-out lines. The manufacturer has discontinued the colour or the range. The product itself is unchanged; it just won’t be made again.
- Overstock. We over-ordered on a job, or a job changed. The surplus goes on special rather than into storage.
- End-of-batch. The tail end of a production batch, usually too small a quantity for us to list as a standard stocked line.
- Superseded ranges. A supplier has released an updated version, so the previous range clears out.
