Floating Floors Direct first opened in Hornsby in 2005. Floating Floors Direct supplies Timber Floating Floors, Laminate Floating Floors, Bamboo Floating Floors, Carpet, Vinyl and Cork to both Retail and Trade Customers. We also arrange installation by our trusted installers or can supply you with the accessories required if you’d like to do the job yourself. We service customers all over Sydney, Central Coast as well as interstate sales. We only use trusted suppliers, so you can be sure you are receiving a quality product. We refuse to sell below quality floors, as problems can occur at installation. All our floors are of the highest quality and that translates to quality installation. Bill Grogan has installed Floating Floors for over 20 years and in July 2010 he bought Floating Floors Direct. He has Level 4 ATFA Licence and has completed numerous flooring courses. Bill also specialises in assessing incompetent work completed by other installers and flooring shops and repairing incorrectly laid floors. He is also the recommended installer of other flooring shops and suppliers. Bill now spends all his time in the shop, helping customers choose the best floor to suit thier lifestyle and budget. Bill quotes all jobs and uses only a few select installers, the same installers that have been with Floating Floors Direct since the beginning. “Being the supplier and installer, customers are alot more confident knowing they will get a professional job as opposed to buying a floor and not knowing who will lay the floor and how much experience they have. The floors we sell are quality floors that I would install. Customers may not be aware but there are many products out on the market that are of lower quality which I refuse to either sell or install. A new floor is a big decision and you need the right advice from someone that will be there from beginning to end.” Floating Floors Direct is a small family owned and run business.
